Consent to Processing of Personal Data and Information
By this, you give the consent to processing of your personal data by the company MGM COMPRO International s.r.o. for the purposes of commercial communication (sending marketing offers) and other marketing activities towards your person, including the purchase satisfaction surveys. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and then no further commercial communication will take place. 1.3. The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
- LAWFUL BASIS FOR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1. The lawful basis for processing of your personal data is your consent given to the Controller within the meaning of Article 6 (1)(a) of the Regulation No.2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter the Regulation).
- PURPOSE OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. The purpose of processing of your personal data is commercial communication and other Controller´s marketing activities towards you, including the measurement of your purchase satisfaction at the Controller and providing technical support with regard to usage of the purchased products.
3.2. The Controller does not use automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the Regulation.
- PERIOD OF RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1. The period for which the personal data will be stored by the Controller is 10 years, however no longer than after you have withdrawn the consent with processing your personal data for these purposes.
- OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. There will be no third-party recipients of your personal data.
5.2. The Controller does not intend to pass your personal data to a third country (a country outside the EU) or an international organization.
- RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
6.1. Under the conditions specified in the Regulation, you have a right to request that the Controller provides access to your personal data, a right of rectification or erasure of your personal data, eventually a right to restriction of their processing, a right to raising an objection against the processing of your personal data, and, furthermore, a right to your personal data portability.
6.2. You have the right to withdraw the consent with processing of your personal data given to the Controller at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing of your personal data based on the consent before its withdrawal. Your consent with processing of personal data may be withdrawn in the following way: in writing to the address of the company's office, via telephone or e-mail.
6.3. If you suspect that the processing of your personal data has breached or is breaching the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
6.4. You are not obliged to provide your personal data. The provision of your personal data is neither a statutory or contractual obligation, nor a requirement necessary to enter into a contract.
6.5. At any time, you have the right raise an objection to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing including profiling, if the profiling relates to such direct marketing. If you raise an objection against the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, your personal data shall no longer be processed for these purposes.
